About Us
Our President, Liane, has been a lawyer for over 20 years. Several years ago, she decided she wanted to focus on areas of practice that bring her joy, and so she turned to real estate. As a licensed real estate broker and experienced land use attorney, she brings an expertise to this unique and fast growing arena. She realized there was a need for experts in these areas to help buyers and sellers evaluate the properties they are considering using for the cannabis industry.
Services
We offer a standard pre-screening option for $350. This option reviews all electronically available documents to help evaluate zoning, water rights, permitting, and other applicable factors. A report is issued explaining the findings. In most cases, this is sufficient for buyers or sellers. We do offer advanced searches for those who need additional investigation.

After nearly 19 years of working in the public sector, Liane Inkser decided to open up her own firm in order to focus on what really matters, which is the client. From the first consultation, which can be done at your home, office, or a local coffee shop, not just at her offices, Liane ensures that the client knows that their interests are of the highest priority.
When Liane isn't working, you can usually find her at a local dog park with her German Shepherds, or along a trail or at a local Crossfit affiliate.
